James Blanchard is a Professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. He holds a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Epidemiology and Global Public Health and serves as Executive Director of the University of Manitoba's Institute for Global Public Health. His research addresses the distribution of communicable and non-communicable diseases through epidemiological approaches.
