Shahab Saqib is a Visiting Professor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and a PhD candidate at King's College London, specializing in the comparative study of discrimination in International Human Rights Law (IHRL) and Islamic law. His interdisciplinary work intersects religion, philosophy, politics, and legal frameworks, critically analyzing the boundaries of belonging and systemic alienation of non-citizens in migration, mobility, and labor contexts.
