Shafrira Goldwasser

Shafrira Goldwasser is the RSA Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at MIT, where she co-leads the cryptography and information security group. A recipient of the A.M. Turing Award and multiple prestigious honors, her fundamental contributions span cryptography, computational complexity, and number theory. Her seminal work on NP-completeness has stood the test of time, recognized with the 2021 FOCS Test of Time Award.
