Seulip Lee is a Norbert Wiener Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Tufts University, School of Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on scientific computing, numerical analysis, and computational fluid dynamics, with an emphasis on multiphysics simulations using finite element methods. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine (2021), and degrees from Yonsei University (M.Sc., 2015; B.Sc., 2013).
Lee’s work bridges theoretical analysis and computational experimentation, addressing challenges in partial differential equations and optimization. He has published extensively on enriched Galerkin methods and numerical techniques for fluid dynamics.
