Dr. Seth Kastle is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership Programs and serves as the Military Program Innovation Director at Fort Hays State University. He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership (Baker University, 2017), an M.S. in Leadership (Southwestern College, 2009), and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership (FHSU, 2005). His teaching focuses on leadership theory, service learning, and practical leadership applications through courses like LDRS 677 (Internship in Leadership Studies) and LDRS 306 (Leadership and Team Dynamics). Prior to his academic role, he retired as a First Sergeant in the Army Reserve in 2014. Kastle resides in the Hays area and actively contributes to military program innovation initiatives within the university's Leadership Programs.
