Dr. Brent Goertzen is a Professor in the Department of Leadership Programs at Fort Hays State University (FHSU), where he has served since 2003. He directs the graduate leadership programs and coordinates the Tiger Leader program, a cohort-based leadership development initiative for FHSU faculty and staff. His extensive workshop facilitation includes collaborations with the Small Business Development Center, NexTech, Fort Riley's civilian workforce, and various non-profit/faith-based organizations.
