Lori Kniffin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership Studies at Fort Hays State University (FHSU). She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Studies with a concentration in Cultural Foundations from the University of North Carolina Greensboro (2019), an M.S. in Counseling and Student Development from Kansas State University (2014), and a B.S. in Biology with a secondary major in Natural Resources and Environmental Science, and a minor in Leadership Studies, also from Kansas State University (2009). Her academic roles include teaching courses such as Leadership and Team Dynamics (LDRS 306), Qualitative Research Methods (LDRS 810), and Field Work in Leadership Studies (LDRS 310).
