Seth Denizen is an Assistant Professor at the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts, Washington University in St. Louis. His research integrates landscape architecture, evolutionary biology, and human geography, focusing on soil science, urban geography, and political ecology. He holds a PhD in Geography from UC Berkeley, where he studied Mexico City's Mezquital Valley hydrology. Denizen teaches in Master of Landscape Architecture and Architecture programs, emphasizing wastewater agriculture, urban sustainability, and climate resilience.
