Serretta Gordon is a Clinical Associate Professor and Interim MSW Program Director at Indiana University School of Social Work’s Southeast Campus (New Albany, IN). She oversees MSW curriculum delivery in Mental Health/Addictions and previously served as MSW Field Coordinator at IU Bloomington. Her community roles include board memberships at Family Ark, Inc. and Weathering Storms, Inc., co-facilitation of mental health awareness programs, and committee work for youth/family welfare initiatives.

- Master of Science in Social Work, University of Louisville
Research Focus:
Gordon investigates field education pedagogy, diversity/equity/inclusion frameworks, and collaborative models between law enforcement and social workers for community mental health services. Her macro-social-work approach emphasizes systemic community engagement.
