Serguei Netessin

Serguei Netessin is the Dhirubhai Ambani Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as Senior Vice Dean for Innovation and Global Initiatives. Additionally, he is a member of the Constructor Group Strategic Advisory Board.

• BS/MS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology
• MS/PhD in Operations Management from the University of Rochester

His research focuses on business model innovation and operational excellence, with applications in supply chain management, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven operational efficiency. He has collaborated with Fortune-500 companies like Lockheed Martin, Procter & Gamble, and McDonald’s, as well as government agencies including the Federal Aviation Administration and the Singapore Government.
