Sergio Alberto Gramitto Ricci is an Associate Professor of Law at Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Dean School of Law, where he teaches Business Organizations. He holds a PhD from Bocconi University, a JD, and a BS from the University of Milan. His research focuses on corporate governance, legal personhood, retail investors, and AI in corporate decision-making.
