Overview
Prof. Seraina Grünewald holds the position of Assistant Professor of Financial Market Law at the University of Zurich (UZH). She previously served as a former assistant professor and is affiliated with the UFSP Financial Market Regulation (http://www.finreg.uzh.ch). As of February 2020, she is also associated with Radboud University Nijmegen. Her research focuses on financial market regulation, EU banking law, and regulatory frameworks for financial institutions.
Research & Expertise
Grünewald's work bridges legal and economic dimensions of financial markets, with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, securities law, and cross-border financial transactions. She contributes to the European Banking Institute and teaches advanced courses on financial market law at the UZH.
