Dr. Seowon Song is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Northwestern University, previously affiliated with Texas Tech University where she earned her Ph.D., M.S., and B.A. in Psychology. Her research focuses on developmental processes in children and adolescents, particularly examining school belongingness, racial/ethnic identity, teacher-student relationships, and family dynamics. She has managed labs such as the Child Development and Relationships Lab and the BioSocial Interplay in Development Lab at Texas Tech.
