Ashley Ison

Ashley Ison is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Child & Adolescent Development at San Francisco State University. Her work focuses on fostering inclusive educational spaces through research on ethnic-racial identity, school socialization, and culturally relevant pedagogy. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Development, Learning, and Teaching from Harvard University, alongside degrees from Yale University and The George Washington University.
