Dr. Sekhar C. Sripada is the Theophile Raphael Research Professor of Clinical Neurosciences and holds professorships in Psychiatry at the Medical School and Philosophy at the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, University of Michigan. He directs the Academic Program in Linguistics. His work bridges clinical neuroscience, psychiatry, and philosophy, focusing on cognitive processes, mental health, and neuroimaging. Affiliations include the Precision Health Initiative, Eisenberg Family Depression Center, and Center for Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics.
Research interests emphasize functional brain connectivity, decision-making mechanisms, and neurocognitive maturation in adolescence.
