Sehrish Ali

Dr. Sehrish Ali is an Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director of the Nephrology Training Program at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She holds clinical affiliations with the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston Methodist Hospital, and Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. Dr. Ali graduated from A.T. Still University-School of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), completed her residency at Texas A&M University-Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, and her fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She is certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Her research focuses on chronic kidney disease management, including anaemia treatment, cardiovascular risk mitigation, and women's health challenges in kidney disease. She also explores renal replacement therapies and acid/base disturbances. Dr. Ali is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Gujarati.
