Seema Mihrshahi

Seema Mihrshahi is an Honorary Associate Professor in the Department of Health Sciences at Macquarie University, with affiliations at the University of Sydney and the University of Queensland. She specializes in public health nutrition and nutrition epidemiology, focusing on community-based strategies to improve healthy eating, food security, and optimal infant feeding practices. Her research emphasizes translating evidence into actionable strategies for early life health and lifelong well-being.
