Brittany Johnson is a Senior Research Fellow at the Caring Futures Institute and an Early-Mid Career Research Fellow with The Hospital Research Foundation Group. She works at Flinders University, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with expertise in public health nutrition, Aboriginal communities, and the child care sector.

Research Interests: Brittany focuses on improving children's diet quality through behavior change theory, creating supportive environments for families, and building evidence for school-provided meal programs in Australia. Her work addresses childhood obesity prevention, intervention design, and food insecurity.
