Professor Rebecca Golley is a leading academic in public health nutrition and early childhood development at Flinders University's College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She holds a Matthew Flinders Professorship and leads the Caring Futures Institute. Her research focuses on preventing childhood obesity, dietary assessment, and behavioral nutrition interventions. Prof Golley has secured over $13 million in research funding and published over 120 peer-reviewed articles. She has supervised 17 students (8 PhD, 9 Honours) with notable student achievements including HDR awards and research employment transitions.
