Seema Kumar

Dr. Seema Kumar is Professor of Pediatrics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, serving as Chair of the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism and Associate Chair for Pediatric Faculty Development. She maintains dual appointments as Consultant in both the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine and the Department of Internal Medicine (Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, Nutrition).

Her research focuses on childhood obesity and related comorbidities, with particular expertise in:
