Sebrina L. Doyle Fosco is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies at Pennsylvania State University, affiliated with the College of Health and Human Development. She serves as a certified CARE facilitator and master trainer, bridging research and practice.
She is affiliated with the Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center, contributing to program evaluation, policy outreach, and the integration of research into community practices.
