Sebastià Galmés Monroig

Dr. Sebastià Galmés Monroig is an Assistant Professor in Fundamental Biology and Health Sciences at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), specializing in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He actively contributes to research and teaching, with a focus on Nutrigenetics and Personalized Nutrition.
