Sebastian Winocour

Sebastian Winocour, M.D., M.B.A., FACS is a board-certified Professor of Surgery and Associate Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He holds leadership roles as Section Chief of Plastic Surgery at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and Medical Director of Plastic Surgery at Baylor Medicine. His clinical expertise spans breast reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, and spine reconstruction, with over 115 peer-reviewed publications and editorial roles in journals like Seminars in Plastic Surgery.
