Sean Rehaag is an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. He serves as the Founding Director of the Refugee Law Laboratory and previously held leadership roles at Parkdale Community Legal Services (2015-2018) and the Centre for Refugee Studies (2019-2024). His work intersects immigration and refugee law, computational legal methodologies, and access to justice.

Rehaag supervises graduate research in refugee law, law & technology, and experimental legal studies, prioritizing interdisciplinary methods involving machine learning and data scraping. He currently holds an SSHRC Insight Grant for AI research at the Canada-US border and leads the Refugee Law Laboratory and Migration and Technology Monitor.
