Dr. Sean Mitchell is a Senior Lecturer in Sports Technology at Loughborough University, affiliated with the Wolfson School of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering. He holds the Sports Engineering Research Fellowship and contributes to the Editorial Board of Sports Engineering. His background includes a BTech and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, followed by industry roles at CMB Technology and Marconi Command & Control before returning to academia.
