Sean Grant is an Adjunct Behavioral and Social Scientist at the RAND Corporation and a Professor at the RAND School of Public Policy. He also serves as a Research Associate Professor with the HEDCO Institute for Evidence-Based Educational Practice at the University of Oregon’s College of Education.
