Scott Seibert

Scott Seibert is a Professor of Organization and Human Resources at the School of Management, University at Buffalo. He serves as Faculty Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Holding a PhD from Cornell University and a BS from SUNY Oswego, his research focuses on employee careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Notable contributions include theories on career success, entrepreneurial identity, and social capital.
