Scott Quatro is a Professor of Management and Department Co-Chair in the Business Faculty at Covenant College since 2006. He holds a BA from Pepperdine University, an MBA from the College of William and Mary, and a PhD from Iowa State University. His research focuses on integrating Christian theology with business practices, emphasizing strategic human resource management, enterprise strategy, and executive leadership ethics. His work explores themes like the ethical dimensions of corporate strategy within a theological framework and generational workforce dynamics.
Key publications include analyses of business ethics in religious contexts and millennial-centric HR strategies. His 2022 article in Unio Cum Christo examines capitalistic strategies through a theological lens, while 2012 works address both HR practices for millennials and critiques of business-as-mission frameworks. Quatro co-edited a seminal 2016 volume on executive ethics, emphasizing moral challenges faced by C-suite leaders.
Outside academia, Quatro is an avid hockey player and enthusiast, and enjoys freshwater fishing, golf, and gourmet dining. He holds a particular affinity for American literature and strong coffee.
