Jim Drexler is a Professor of Education and Dean of Academic Partnerships at Covenant College since 2004. He holds a B.A. from Covenant College, M.Div. from Covenant Theological Seminary, M.Ed. from the University of Missouri, and a Ph.D. from Saint Louis University. His work focuses on Educational Leadership with special emphasis on spiritual formation in Christian schooling and institutional culture development. Drexler has published extensively on topics including Christian school governance, teacher empowerment, and leadership ethics. He currently oversees academic partnerships at Covenant College while maintaining an active research agenda in faith-integrated education.
