Darrell Yoder

Darrell Yoder is an Associate Professor of Ministry at Cornerstone University’s School of Ministry, Media & the Arts. He holds an M.Div. in Educational Ministries from Cornerstone Theological Seminary, a B.A. in Religion and Biblical Studies from Liberty University, and is a doctoral candidate (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership and Development at Cornerstone University. His research focuses on Christian spirituality, leadership development, and pastoral ministry.

Yoder’s research interests include Christ-centered spiritual formation, relational spirituality, leadership development, and the integration of faith and practice in ministry. His publications address theological education, spiritual discernment, and ministry leadership. He actively serves as a spiritual director, leading retreats and workshops to foster spiritual maturity among students, pastors, and leaders.

Professional roles include director of the Evangelical Seminary Deans’ Council (ESDC) and ordained minister. His work emphasizes creating safe spaces for spiritual exploration through Scripture and prayer, aligning with his goal of deepening followers’ faith in Christ.
