Scott L. Collins

Scott L. Collins is a Distinguished Professor and Loren Potter Chair of Plant Ecology at the Department of Biology, University of New Mexico. His research focuses on global change impacts on grassland ecosystems, particularly examining species composition, productivity, and resilience under environmental perturbations such as drought, nutrient addition, and climate variability. He holds academic leadership roles and oversees the Castetter Hall laboratory.
