Scott Keay is a Senior Lecturer and researcher in policing at the University of Central Lancashire's School of Law & Criminal Justice. He serves as Programme Leader for the BSc in Professional Policing. With 20 years at Lancashire Constabulary, he held roles such as Senior Community Safety Analyst and Data Analysis Manager before transitioning to academia. His PhD research focused on police vulnerability definitions and responses. He holds a Master’s in Criminal Intelligence Analysis and a BA in Criminology.
