Scott Herzog, PharmD is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. He earned his PharmD from UW in 2003 and currently serves as Chief Operations Officer and Pharmacist for Kelley-Ross Pharmacy Group. Previously, he was Director of Pharmacy at Kindred Hospital in Seattle and has held leadership roles in the Washington State Pharmacy Association Board of Directors.
