Scott Caulfield is an Lecturer at Norwich University in the College of Arts & Sciences, Department of Health and Human Performance. He also serves as the first Director of Strength and Conditioning at Norwich, overseeing programs for over 600 student-athletes across 23 Division III varsity sports. His career includes roles at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and leadership positions with the NSCA.

His research focuses on Strength and Conditioning, Human Performance Training, and Physical Preparation.
