Scott A. Westfahl is a Professor and Director of Executive Education at Harvard Law School (HLS), where he designs leadership programs for legal professionals and teaches courses such as Legal Innovation Through Design Thinking. His work focuses on talent development, diversity & inclusion, and organizational alignment in law firms and legal departments. He previously led professional development at Goodwin Procter LLP (2004-2013) and McKinsey & Company (1998-2004), and practiced law at Foley & Lardner (1988-1998). His research interests span leadership frameworks, design thinking applications in law, and systemic barriers to equity in the legal profession.
Education: A.B. in Government (Dartmouth College, 1985), J.D. (Harvard Law School, 1988).
