His research integrates practical stage combat techniques with theatrical performance, evidenced by choreography for major institutions including Steppenwolf Theatre, Alliance Theatre, and Alabama Shakespeare Festival. Professional work extends to film productions like Eyeborgs (tactical choreographer/gun wrangler) and Drona (on-set Swordmaster), plus world premieres of Stephen King's Ghost Brothers of Darkland County and Tuck Everlasting.
Active in global instruction, Mann has taught for the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat in London and Stage Combat Deutschland in Germany. His performance career spans Georgia Shakespeare Festival, Atlanta Opera, motion capture for digital media, and voice-over work across radio, television, and film platforms.
