Saurabh Vishnubhakat

Saurabh Vishnubhakat is a Professor of Law and Director of the Intellectual Property and Information Law Program at Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. He also serves as a Research Fellow at Duke Law Center for Innovation Policy and a Senior Scholar at George Mason University’s Center for IP and Innovation Policy. His work bridges intellectual property, administrative law, and federal litigation with an empirical focus, examining how the U.S. IP system interacts with courts, agencies, and technology markets.
