Saura Lopez is a Professor at the Miguel Hernández University, affiliated with the Department of Agri-Food Technology. She teaches courses such as ADITIVOS Y ENVASES (Additives and Packaging) and ANÁLISIS DE ALIMENTOS (Food Analysis) at the undergraduate level, and contributes to the Máster Universitario en Viticultura y Enología (Master's Degree in Viticulture and Oenology) with subjects like ELABORACIÓN DE VINOS ESPECIALES (Production of Special Wines) and VINAGRE, DESTILADOS Y OTRAS BEBIDAS (Vinegar, Spirits, and Other Drinks). She also participates in the Doctoral Program in Health Biotechnology.
Her research interests align with agri-food technology, focusing on food safety, packaging innovations, and biochemical processes in food production. She is associated with the Elche Institute for Research, Development, and Innovation in Health Biotechnology.
