Sasha Dobrota is a Lecturer in Cultural Management & Production at Falmouth University, focusing on innovative cultural projects, events, and cross-sector collaborations. She holds expertise in site-specific, cross-art form experiences addressing social and community challenges while fostering audience engagement. Her work spans dance, theatre, heritage, and creative economy initiatives.
She teaches courses including BA(Hons) Creative Events Management, Music, Theatre & Entertainment Management, and Technical Theatre Arts. Beyond academia, she operates IKONIKA (a design business), a tourism venture in Cornwall, and freelances in cultural production. Notable projects include Cornwall’s Cultural Olympiad contribution (2012) and the Arts Council-funded Shift & Share, engaging 40+ venues in the South West.
