Sascha L. Goluboff is a Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Washington and Lee University. Her research examines emotion as narrative constructions of identity and society across cultural contexts. Specific interests include mourning practices in Azerbaijan and conceptualizations of homeplace in Antebellum Virginia.
Dr. Goluboff teaches courses such as Food, Culture, and Society and Gender and Sexuality. Her office is located in Newcomb Hall 208.
