Mrs Sarudzai Mutebuka is a Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing at the School of Health Sciences, University of Stirling. Her work focuses on improving care transitions for individuals with learning disabilities and dementia, as evidenced by her participation in the UKRI Healthy Ageing Catalyst Award-funded project (2023-2024). The project, led by Professor Karen Watchman, explores supportive care home transitions for vulnerable populations. Her research interests lie at the intersection of mental health nursing, gerontology, and healthcare system improvements.
