Saralyn Foster

Saralyn Foster, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) within the College for Health, Community and Policy (HCAP). Her work focuses on nutrition and dietetics, aligning with the college’s mission to address complex social issues impacting community well-being through research and education.
