Lance Whitlock

Lance Whitlock is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), affiliated with the College for Health, Community and Policy (HCAP). His work focuses on education and knowledge dissemination in nutrition and dietetics, aligning with HCAP's mission to address complex social issues through community partnerships and global collaboration.
