Sarah Wolff

Sarah Wolff is the Director of Clinical Curriculum at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific - Northwest, Western University of Health Sciences, where she has been affiliated since 2022. She holds a BS from the University of Oregon (2009), a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences (2016), and completed residency in Family Medicine in 2019.

Her research interests focus on medical education, leadership, obstetrics, pediatrics, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and physician wellness. She has contributed to initiatives such as improving clinic attendance through quality improvement projects and promoting contraceptive care.

Wolff has held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including President Elect of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon, Resident Trustee of the American Osteopathic Association’s Board of Trustees, and Board Member of the Heatherington Foundation. She has been recognized with awards like the AOF State Emerging Leader (2021) and WesternU’s Student Doctor of the Year (2015).

• Licenses: Diplomate of American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, Diplomate of American Board of Family Medicine, Oregon Medical Board (2019–Current).

Her professional experience spans teaching roles as a Clinical Preceptor and guest lecturer, alongside extensive involvement in osteopathic advocacy, curriculum design, and physician leadership development. She has actively participated in national initiatives on graduate medical education accreditation, policy advocacy, and osteopathic identity preservation.
