Sarah Willis is a Senior Lecturer in Healthcare Management at the University of Manchester. Her research focuses on healthcare education, implementation science, and leadership within healthcare systems. She has over 20 years of experience leading health services research projects, emphasizing sociological and behavioral approaches to healthcare professional practices.
