Dr. Sarah Saska (She/Her) is a graduate supervisor and academic turned entrepreneur affiliated with Western University through the School for Advanced Studies in the Arts and Humanities and the Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies department. She is the co-founder and CEO of Feminuity, a globally recognized leader at the intersection of equity, innovation, and technology. Her work spans advisory roles with Harvard Business Review, NASA, and national research initiatives, alongside contributions to high-impact studies like the Sexual Assault Resistance Education (SARE) trial published in The New England Journal of Medicine.
Her research interests focus on equity in technology, diversity debt in innovation economies, and gendered impacts of emerging technologies. She has been instrumental in developing equity-based frameworks for innovation, emphasizing inclusion in product design and workplace culture.
