Sarah Ross is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Organizational Studies at Western University, a position she has held since 2014. She earned her PhD, MA, and BA in Psychology from Western University, focusing on work teams and knowledge exchange in groups. Her research emphasizes evidence-based management and organizational behavior, exploring how teams share knowledge and apply empirical approaches to management.
