Sarah Rosenbaum Cowan serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Social Responsibility & Sustainability Division at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. Since joining the faculty in 2015, she has taught foundational courses for first-year and sophomore business students, bridging academic theory with real-world social impact considerations.
