Sarah L. Young

Sarah L. Young is a Professor of Public Administration at Kennesaw State University, where she serves as the Director of Research for CARE Services, supporting students with foster care or homelessness backgrounds. Her scholarly focus spans nonprofit and public management, systems-based equity frameworks, and crisis response strategies.
