Sarah Kirby is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Southampton and HCPC-registered Health Psychologist. Her research examines psychological adjustment to chronic conditions including dizziness, hearing loss, and asthma, with focus on self-management strategies, adherence barriers, and predictors of adjustment.
